Terapizy Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (“Terapizy”), acting as the data controller, will record, classify, store, update, and process the personal data of relevant individuals in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), prioritizing the principle of protecting the privacy of personal life. Personal data may also be transferred to third parties to the extent permitted by legislation and within the conditions specified in the Law.

The relevant persons under this Information Notice are all natural persons who contact Terapizy through the Contact Form and/or the shortcut/chat bubble available on Terapizy’s website (www.terapizy.com) and the Terapizy mobile application.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your collected personal data may be transferred to relevant authorities without the obligation of notification and without requiring your explicit consent, as stipulated under Article 28 of the Law, if requested. In unforeseen circumstances, your personal data may also be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations as specified in the laws, within the purposes and limitations set forth in the legislation. Additionally, your personal data may be shared with legal units to obtain legal consultancy services and ensure Terapizy’s legal security in potential legal disputes, as well as with companies providing cloud and archiving services for storage and archiving purposes.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ABROAD
Your personal data may be shared abroad due to the storage of email contact addresses in data centers located overseas, as part of the email service infrastructure.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW
As personal data owners, you may submit your requests regarding your rights through the methods specified in the relevant person application procedure. By filling out the Relevant Person Application Form published on www.terapizy.com or by adhering to the procedures and principles outlined in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, including providing your name, surname, signature (if the application is in writing), T.C. identity number for Turkish citizens, nationality and passport number (or identity number, if available) for foreigners, residential or business address for notification, email address, phone, and fax number (if available), and the subject of the request, you may submit your application in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously provided to Terapizy and registered in its system. Applications should be sent to Terapizy’s address at Maslak Mahallesi Hadımkoru Yolu Caddesi B1 Blok No:2b1 İç Kapı No:108 Sarıyer/İstanbul or to the email address kvk@terapizy.com, with verifiable identity confirmation. Terapizy will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days from receipt, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged as determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Within this scope, personal data owners have the right to:
- Learn whether their personal data are being processed,
- Request information regarding the processing of their personal data, if applicable,
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data are used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom their personal data are transferred, domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and notification of such corrections to third parties to whom the data were transferred,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legislation, and notification of such actions to third parties to whom the data were transferred,
- Object to any adverse outcome resulting from the analysis of processed data solely through automated systems,
- Demand compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
